Dallas, Texas with The Legacy Alliance - An Event of Purpose, Perspective & Unforgettable Connection

In September 2025, select members of The Syndicate Global travelled to Texas to join The Legacy Alliance for an immersive three-day experience designed to shift thinking, deepen relationships, and bring leaders together through shared meaning.

Unlike traditional conferences, this was not a weekend of passive listening. It was a curated sequence of conversations, experiences, and environments crafted with intention – grounding high-performing leaders in what matters most: legacy, relationships, and contribution.

A Weekend Built on Depth, Community & Shared Experience

The experience opened with an adrenaline-charged Wednesday: a full day at Motorsport Ranch or an optional round at a Golf Tournament. For those who chose the racing track, the highlight was a private dinner hosted by Keith Jensen, who generously opened his personal collection of rare automobiles to guests. It set the tone for the days ahead – personal, meaningful and memorable.

After an afternoon check-in at Hotel ZaZa, guests gathered for a warm welcome reception before an exclusive fireside chat with a royal guest. Her candour, warmth, and global perspective offered a powerful opening to the weekend.

Thursday: Insight, Relationships & Conversation That Mattered

The day began with an optional wellness walk; a grounding moment before stepping into a morning that brought philanthropy, community, and impact to the forefront.

Across the day, attendees heard from exceptional voices including:

  • Orion Taraban, on strengthening relationships and navigating the psychology behind human connection.
  • Manolis Kellis, MIT professor and pioneer in genomics and AI-driven medicine.
  • Michael Gillam, a leading expert in longevity and healthcare innovation.

The energy in the room was one of alignment, with leaders connecting not only through industry, but through values.

Evening guests then experienced a 9/11 Remembrance Dinner at the C.R. Smith Museum, featuring stories of resilience and service that left the room in quiet reflection.

Friday & Saturday: Philanthropy, Legacy & Once-in-a-Lifetime Moments

Friday delivered a blend of insight and hands-on impact. From sponsorship roundtables to a joyful build event for the Jessie Rees Foundation, the day embodied the heart of The Syndicate Global: community-driven action that leaves a mark.

Saturday brought one of the most moving elements – a guided JFK tour, offering a profound, historical perspective that sparked deep conversation long after it ended.

The weekend closed with a Pickleball Exhibition & Tournament, a final evening reception, and a spectacular Awards Dinner followed by the famed “Infamous White Party.” It was celebration, connection, and gratitude woven together.
