This year, as we gather leaders, founders, investors, and family offices at The Syndicate Global events, we are proud to spotlight a cause that embodies courage, purpose, and the power of collective action. We are honoured to announce The Azaylia Foundation as our official charity partner for 2026 – an organisation transforming heartbreak into hope for children and families facing the unimaginable.
The Azaylia Foundation was created in honour of baby Azaylia Diamond Cain, whose fight against an aggressive form of leukaemia captured the hearts of millions. Her parents, Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee, channelled their grief into a mission that is as bold as it is urgent: to advance early diagnosis, improve treatment access, and bring brighter outcomes to children with cancer in the UK and beyond.
Childhood cancer remains the leading cause of death by disease for children – yet funding, research, and systemic support lag far behind adult oncology. The foundation exists to change this imbalance. Through fundraising, advocacy, and direct support, they ensure families have access to the treatments, pathways, and hope they deserve.
The Azaylia Foundation focuses on three core pillars:
At The Syndicate Global, our events are built around meaningful connection – between leaders, ideas, and the impact we can create when purpose aligns with influence. Partnering with The Azaylia Foundation reflects our shared belief that leadership extends beyond business. True influence is measured not only by what we build, but by what we uplift.
This partnership not only raises awareness within an influential global network, but also gives our members a direct avenue to contribute to a cause where support can change the trajectory of a child’s life.
The courage of Azaylia’s story continues to inspire thousands across the world. By amplifying this mission within our community, we hope to accelerate progress in childhood cancer care and stand beside the families who need it most.
We invite all attendees, members, and readers to learn more, get involved, and help carry this mission forward.
